Justice Mamnoon Rahman is a distinguished member of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Born on December 9, 1965, in Cumilla, he pursued his legal education at the University of Dhaka, earning both LL.B and LL.M degrees. He began his legal career in 1989 and was appointed as a judge of the High Court Division in 2004. Throughout his tenure, Justice Rahman has been involved in several significant rulings, including declaring certain detentions under the Special Powers Act as illegal and addressing issues related to judicial conduct and copyright protections.

In addition to his judicial responsibilities, Justice Rahman contributes to community initiatives as a member of the advisory committee of the OLF. His multifaceted role underscores his commitment to both the legal profession and societal development.
